ב 05.09.25 יום שישי ניפגש ב 11:00 בתל אביב, סטודיו מוריקאי, רחוב שונצינו 17 תל אביב.
⭐ מה הוא הפליי פייט?
אני אוהב להגדיר פליי פייט כמרחב לחקור חיבור דרך תנועה ומשחק עם עצמנו ועם אחרים.
נשחק במשחקים ודינמיקות שונות כדי לחוות חיבור לעצמנו ולאחר מכן נשחק במעגל פליי פייט כדי לחוות חיבור עם אחר.
נשב במעגל שמיועד לשמור ולתמוך במשתתפים, שניים נכנסים למעגל כדי לשחק. לאחר שיתוף על הגבולות והרצונות שלנו אנחנו מתחילים לשחק! לרוב זה יכול להיראות כמו היאבקות, ריקוד וכו', אבל בתכלס יש אינסוף צורות לפליי פייט :)
נסו לדמיין את זה כמעגל קפוארה רק שאפשר לשחק גם עם מגע זה ההקבלה הכי טובה שאני יכול לתת 🙂
אנחנו נאבקים, אבל אין ניצחון או הפסד, אנחנו מתחברים לצד הילדי או הפראי שלנו עם כוונה להתחבר ולחקור את עצמנו ואת האחר.
יש דגש רב על בטיחות והנחיה במרחב.
- המשחק לא חייב להיות עם מגע פיזי או עצימות גבוה, ובכללי צפייה במעגל מהצד ודברור רצונות וגבולות הם חלק גדול מהחוויה.
- במשחקים נוכל לחקור ולהתנסות עם דינימקות שונות, כמה אינטנסיבי אנחנו רוצים להיות, מה הם הדברים שאנחנו פתוחים אליהם באותו רגע, מה הם הדברים שאנחנו סגורים אליהם? איך זה מרגיש להיות מול בן אדם באותו המגדר שלי, מה קורה כשהמגדר שונה? מה קורה כשאנחנו נאחזים? ומה קורה כשאנחנו משחררים? המון מרחב לחקירה, סקרנות, משחק והנאה!
⭐ עוד פרטים:
- לבוא עם בגדים שנוח לכם לרקוד איתם, להתגלגל איתם, להיות מה שבא לכן איתם!🤸🏻♂️
- ממליץ גם להביא בקבוק מים
- במקום יש קולר, פינת ישיבה ושירותים, וכמובן הרחבה המרכזית עם מזרנים על הרצפה שעליה נשחק
- לא מומלץ לאכול כבד ממש לפני הסדנא, אנחנו נזיז את הגוף ויכול להיות שזה יכביד עליכם, אני אביא נשנושים, לחמים וממרחים בשביל האנרגיה והרעב
- ההשתתפות במחיר בין 70 - 200 ש"ח (לפי נדיבות ליבכם ויכולתכם) אם ישנו קושי כלכלי שמונע ממך להגיע אני מזמין אותך לדבר איתי 🙏

⭐ קצת עלי:
אני איתי, בן 29, מאז שאני זוכר את עצמי אהבתי לשחק ולהיות בחברת אנשים. כבר כילד התחלתי לשחק במחשב ולהיות סקרן כלפי הכל.
בשנתיים האחרונות יצאתי למסע גילוי עצמי מחדש. אני עדיין חוקר ולומד, אבל בין הדברים שקרו בזמן הזה זה שנתקלתי בדבר הנפלא הזה שנקרא פליי פייט במהלך ביקור בוינה.
אני זוכר איך שבפעם הראשונה שנכנסתי למעגל כדי לשחק ההתרגשות בי עלתה. וכשסיימתי את המשחק עם הפרטנר שלי שיתפתי את המעגל בכמה שזה מרגיש טוב להיות במקום שבו אני פשוט יכול להיות אני. עם כל הצדדים שבי ולשחק איתם יחד עם עוד בן אדם. וזה מה שהביא לי את המוטיבציה להביא את הפליי פייט גם לארץ.
אז התחלתי להעמיק ולהתעמק, עברתי הכשרה להעביר מעגלים בצרפת וממאי 2023 העברתי כבר עשרות מעגלי פליי פייט בארץ ומסביב לעולם.
ואני מתרגש בכל פעם מחדש מלעשות את זה שוב!

Playfight combines movement, improvisation, and friendly competition, a space to express and explore your energy, strength, and through that build trust in your body and connect to others.
Whether strong or soft, wild or smooth, like fierce lions or playful kittens this is the space to explore ourselves and it all.
⭐ What is Playfight?
I like to define Playfight as a space for exploring connection through movement and play with ourselves and another person.
We will play in different games and dynamics to experience connection to ourselves and then we will play in the Playfight circle to experience connection with another.
We'll sit in a circle, a container to protect the playfighters and the space, two enter into the circle to play. After a sharing about boundaries and desires we start playing! Most often it can look like some form of wrestling, dancing, etc. but really there are infinite ways to playfight :)
Try to imagine it as a Capoeira circle only that you can also play with touch, that's the best analogy I can give 🙂
We wrestle, but there is no victory or loss, we connect to our primal side and our inner child with the intention to connect and explore ourselves and the other.
There is a lot of emphasis regarding safety and facilitation in the space.
- Bring comfortable clothes to move in and a water bottle 💧🤸♀️
- Also bring knee pads if you have them

⭐ A little about me:
I'm Itai, 29 years old, ever since I can remember myself I've loved playing and being in the company of people. As a child I started playing video games and was curious about everything.
In the last 2 years of my life, I embarked on a journey of self-rediscovery. I'm still researching and learning, but among the things that happened in this time is that I came across this wonderful thing called Playfight during a visit to Vienna.
I remember how excited I was in the first time I entered the circle to play. And when I've finished playing with my partner I shared to the circle how good it felt to be in a place where I could just be me. Bringing all the different sides in me and play with them together with another person. And that's what gave me the motivation to bring Playfight to Israel as well.
So I started to delve deeper and deeper, I was trained to facilitate and host Playfight circles in France and from May 2023 I already conducted tens of Playfight Circles in Israel and around the world.
And I get excited every time to do it again!
