Reflect w/Heather @ Sanaras Wellness Studio

This opportunity comes but once a year!

Reflect is a yoga offering focused on movement laced with reflection on the lessons and gifts of the previous year, and intentions for the coming year. We will use powerful breath work, meditation, and intentional movement to close out the year with strength and integrity.

You may choose to bring a journal or notepad for capturing intuitive, introspective notes.
