Dance Meditation Event w/Luna @ Sanaras Wellness Studio

We have been invited to move our bodies, make some sound & use our feet to bless up this beautiful space! We hope you can join us to participate in this collective call to generate some love energy for ourselves, our community and the world.

A brief warm up and meditation will be followed by a solid hour of free form movement, and sonic healing topped off with a guided landing, integration and closing meditation for healing.
