Through guided somatic movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness, you’ll explore the subtle ways your body communicates—and how to decode those messages with compassion rather than judgment. This space isn’t about performing, fixing, or doing it “right.”
It’s about attuning. Allowing.
Letting your body lead.
We’ll move through somatic release practices that unwind stored tension, expand your capacity for presence, and support nervous-system regulation. As you reconnect with your inner world, you’ll naturally feel more grounded, clear, and aligned in your outer world.
This is a journey into embodiment—
A softening of what’s been guarded.
A meeting of what’s been ignored.
A remembering of your natural rhythm and flow.
You’ll leave feeling rooted, connected, and more fluent in your body’s language of intuition, wisdom, and truth.
Facilitator
Led by @adeleouyang , trauma-informed Somatic Healing Practitioner and Yoga Teacher devoted to helping others transform pain into purpose. After healing from emotional abuse, divorce, and identity loss, Adele discovered that true transformation begins in the body. Through somatic practices and nervous-system healing, she now guides others to reparent their inner child, regulate with safety, and embody self-worth from the inside out.
