"Horses for Courses" a sneak peek into the Impact Leadership Programme with Janine Sudbury

Janine Sudbury is the founder of Sudbury, a luxury wedding and events venue, and Impact Leadership, a leadership development company working with senior executives in New Zealand and abroad. Known as a “horse whisperer for leaders,” Janine’s innovative approach blends her entrepreneurial journey with the wisdom of working with horses to deliver powerful, practical lessons in leadership.

At this event, Janine will share her personal story of building successful businesses from the ground up, while raising her family and navigating the realities of entrepreneurship. She will also introduce the seven leadership principles she uses in training both horses and people — principles that can immediately be applied to leading teams, making clearer decisions, and creating stronger, more profitable businesses. Expect an inspiring, memorable session that combines authenticity, humour, and practical tools you can put into action straight away.

The event will include a short tour of Sudbury, followed by a horse whispering demonstration that brings leadership to life in a very practical way. All while also enjoying a yummy lunch and some wine.
