108 Sun Salutations

Join us on January 1st at 10am for our 108 Sun Salutations Gathering!

Start the new year with intention, heat, and community. This is a free, open-studio style event — not a guided class — so you’re welcome to move at your own pace as we each work toward completing 108 Sun Salutations.

To help you keep count, we’ll be using beads. After finishing your 108, you’ll get to create a special necklace as a keepsake of your practice. Bead packs of 108 will be available for $5, or feel free to bring your own.

Come ring in the new year grounded, strong, and connected.
