Beginning September 25th, this 4-week Thursday night series blends art, movement and mindfulness under the theme of Metamorphosis.

About this Event

Join us for a 4-week evening series exploring Metamorphosis through art, movement and mindfulness. Guided by Brandall Laughlin, each workshop stands on its own while celebrating the butterfly effect — how small changes can spark big transformation. Each night also includes a short fitness break, starting with Power Movement Pilates on September 25th.
