🌸 Spring Picnic – Free Community Event 🌸
Join us for a beautiful morning of connection, healing, and celebration with Elea Azambuja, Angelica Machado, and Shona Bassett.
Elea, originally from Brazil, has called New Zealand home since 2010. Angelica, also from Brazil, has been here for over 20 years. Shona is a proud local, and together, we’re bringing our unique gifts to share with the community.
✨ What to Expect:
- Meditation with Elea
A Meditation for Intuition to tap into your Intuitive power while drinking Intuition Tea.
- Breathwork with Angelica
Tune into your body and breath to release, relax, and recharge.
- Introduction to Chakradance with Shona
A gentle movement practice to align body, mind, and spirit.
👧 Kids welcome! We’ll be gathering at Bayfair Reserve near the playground, so feel free to bring the whānau.
Bring a shared kai to enjoy together at the end as we celebrate community and connection.
We can’t wait to share this special day with you!
