Somatic Dance Journey

You are warmly invited to join us for a special Sunday Morning Dance.
We will begin by arriving with breath and meditation, move into embodying our story through movement and then end in circle with chai and chocolate.

Somatic Dance is an exploration of self through intuitive movements, facilitated by a carefully crafted soundscape.

No experience is needed. Let yourself be guided into a story that you can shape with the movements of your body. A space where we turn down the volume of our thoughts and drop into the sensing, feeling body.

We traverse different rhythms - from soft and flowing to strong and powerful beats, some chaos, then playful and expansive and finally to surrender and stillness - each representing different aspects of the human experience.

Bring yourself, open and curious, in relaxed easy to move clothing. A yoga mat and blanket may help you feel comfy and warm at the beginning and end.
Nothing else is needed.
