🌱 Moving into Spring - Yin Workshop 🌱

Spring is nearly here — can you feel it stirring? As the seasons shift and the energy begins to rise, it’s the perfect time to support your body’s natural urge to “spring clean.”

This nourishing Yin practice will focus on the liver and gallbladder meridians, the paired energy lines associated with this time of year. Through a slow, spacious sequence of asanas, we’ll gently invite new growth while shedding what no longer serves — in body, mind, and spirit.

🧘‍♀️ Expect time to truly pause, feel, breathe, and release. Yin gives us the space to explore sensation, unwind fascia, and settle the nervous system. A beautiful reset as we move into the brighter months ahead.
