This group is all about expansion of the throat and voice. In that everybody has their own unique sound or vibration. The intention is to leave with a greater sense of confidence in your own voice and speaking out.

And with guided exercises, also feel a greater sense of harmony in your body; simply by harnessing your own sound. Toning is easy and begins to free the voice again. It is also very healing, for yourself and others. Sounding together is very healing too.

With activations for the Throat Chakra area, this will help with further expansion.  The second half of the group will be a sound healing journey for deep relaxation, simply lie down to receive.  With song, drum, singing bowls, and other instruments.

For your comfort, bring a blanket, a cushion, something to lie on, and your water bottle.

Nicola is a sound healer known for her work with light language, voice toning, and vibrational healing. The light language words  help to calm the nervous system and activate DNA potential.   She has hosted groups around the world, and is now living in Tauranga Moana. www.facebook.com/lemuriangrace

The wisdom of Lemuria comes as a gentle whisper, a sacred reminder to slow down and breathe and to return to the heart. Now that the earth is shifting once again, many believe it is time to remember Lemuria. Not as a place but as a path back to who we truly are.
