This group is all about expansion of the throat and voice. In that everybody has their own unique sound or vibration. The intention is to leave with a greater sense of confidence in your own voice and speaking out.
And with guided exercises, also feel a greater sense of harmony in your body; simply by harnessing your own sound. Toning is easy and begins to free the voice again. It is also very healing, for yourself and others. Sounding together is very healing too.
With activations for the Throat Chakra area, this will help with further expansion. The second half of the group will be a sound healing voyage, where you can lie down and receive. Experience deep relaxation with song, drumming, singing bowls, and other instruments.
For your comfort, bring a blanket, a cushion, something to lie on, and your water bottle.
