Kanga is a great way to safely return to exercise after having a baby. It is full body workout specifically designed for postnatal bodies – an aerobics style fitness class, low impact and pelvic floor safe but don’t worry you will still get a sweat on! Our workout focuses on building strength, improving your cardio fitness and rebuilding your core and pelvic floor postpartum. And the best thing of all… you get to do it all while your baby can relax and enjoy being close to you.

Everything we do in class is designed to gently support your postnatal body including your pelvic floor and any abdominal separation you may have experienced during your pregnancy.
💙Meet other local Mums.
Kangatraining is a relaxed environment that gives you the chance to meet other local Mamas and find your village. A coffee date after class is always fully encouraged.
💜Bond with your baby.
Snuggling your baby close in a baby carrier is the perfect way to share that rush of love hormones.
🩷Have your carrier fitted by a professional Babywearing Consultant.
All carriers are checked and fitted at every class to ensure you, and your little one are safe and comfortable. If you don’t have a carrier of your own, you’re able to use one during class from my consult collection at no extra charge.
💙A class run by mums for mums.
No need to worry about whether your bub will fuss or cry during class, we’ve all been there! We are a family friendly class, so your older toddlers are welcome to join us too. The aim of Kangatraining is to not just look after our bodies but to have fun and be with our little ones. So, coordination, fitness and dancing skills aren’t necessary, we can walk you through all of that!

Each session runs for approximately 75 minutes, with time for baby surprises and mum chats afterwards!
