Chrystal will start the evening with breath work and then you can fully relax while she plays her amazing Tibetan Bowls. The gentle sound and vibrations help to quiet your mind and soothe your nervous system.

Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. The sounds generated by Tibetan Singing Bowls are a type of energy medicine that promote healing from stress disorders, pain, depression, and most forms of dis-ease.
We will complete the evening with herbal tea and some healthy bliss balls.
