Trunk or Treat

We will be doing a Trunk or Treat on Halloween night! Please print and fill this out and send it to my email if interested in participating! We will have you pay $10 the day of the event. Set up will start at 3:30pm-4:30 then kids can walk around 4:30-7pm.
