Taunton Literary Festival: Zoe Langley-Wathen "Walking Myself Braver"

On a mission to prove that adventure has no age limit, South Somerset couple Zoe Langley-Wathen (54) and Mike Langley (73) will set off from Poole, eastwards, to walk the entire coastline of mainland Britain, 7,300 miles. They are raising funds for the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance and inspiring others to step outside their comfort zones through Zoe’s role as an AdventureMind Ambassador. Mike, who is the proud owner of two new hips, aims to become the oldest person to complete the walk as a thru-hike. Zoe, author of the newly published adventure memoir "630 Miles Braver – Midlifing on the South West Coast Path", continues her mission to showcase the transformative power of walking, resilience, and midlife reinvention.
