Spring Into Wellness

A rejuvenating workshop designed to refresh the mind, body, and spirit. Through mindfulness activities and reflective exercises, participants awaken new energy, release what no longer serves them, and cultivate habits that support balance and joy. This uplifting session offers a gentle reset to step into spring with clarity, confidence, and renewed well-being.

​Discover a unique approach to stress reduction with Empowerment Within You Workshops, or Mindfulness Matters Workshops, where creative art expression meets mindful practice. These workshops are a welcoming space to explore through a variety of artistic methods, including collage, guided visualizations, crystals and gemstones, essential oils, journaling, and more."

Participants are guided through hands-on activities designed to foster self-awareness and relaxation. Each session combines gentle mindfulness exercises with creative projects.
