Sound Healing with Suzy Grace

A 60 minute session where Suzy-Grace will work with her Sacred Sound Medicine tools to help you unwind, relax and heal.

Relax, and enjoy, the healing frequencies and sounds of the Drum, Rattle, Tuning Forks, Tingshas, Healing Pipes, Koshi Chimes, Singing Bowl and Voice. Allow the tones and vibrations of these Sacred Sound Healing tools wrap you up in a cocoon of Sound, let it wash over you, through you, and take you on a wonderful journey to renewed balance.

Sound Healing is the oldest form of healing known to man. It is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies, to the body/ mind of people, with the intention of bringing them in to a state of harmony and health. Sound Healing offers a holistic way of treating ailments, pain and discomfort in the body, mind and emotions. It brings a sense of inner peace, and balance.

Please bring blankets/pillows/cushions/eye mask etc for your total comfort (for lying down on the floor) and a bottle of Water. A chair will be provided if you are not able to lie on the floor comfortably.
