Drop in whichever weeks you can make - no advance booking required - new beginners always welcome.
Doors open at 6:45.
The main classes run from 7 to 9:30 (class 1 and 2 are suitable for beginners/improvers) and has break in the middle for you to rest and chat or practice your dance. Class 3 is for more experienced dancers but anyone is welcome to stay and watch. We cover all the basic figures in 6 count, 8 count and Charleston, showing clearly the lead / follow techniques.
We’re a friendly group who get to know each other and who welcome newcomers to the fold. We have a WhatsApp group to discuss where we are dancing, to share videos of our classes, and for general dance chit chat.
The venue is a spacious dance studio with air conditioning, a sprung wooden dance floor, and an adjacent comfy sofa chill area.

Car parking can be found in council car parks which are free after 6pm. We have added a photo showing where there are 2 close by. You can also park on the street along the 'The Crescent' or on 'The Mount' also free after 6pm.The cost is £10 for the whole evening and we accept cash or card. No need to bring a partner.
