September Crystal Reiki Sound Bath Meditation

Step into an hour of deep rest, renewal, and heart-nourishing sound.
Before you arrive, the space, instruments, and crystals are cleansed and infused with Reiki, and a crystal grid is created to hold the highest loving intention for your journey. Each instrument has its own story and vibration, chosen to meet you exactly where you are — mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
You’ll be guided through a gentle meditation to release tension, quiet the mind, and open to your intention for the evening — whether that’s calling in something new or letting go of what no longer serves you.
The sound journey will weave together the healing tones of:

🎶 Shiva & Shakti Crystal Chime

…and more, all infused with Reiki and surrounded by the energy of crystals and candlelight.
The vibrations will flow through every cell, helping to calm the nervous system, ease stress and anxiety, support deeper sleep, and bring your body and mind back into harmony.
We’ll close with a gentle return from the meditation, giving you space to sit in quiet reflection or share your experience if you wish.

Sound baths are not suitable for anyone in their 1st trimester of pregnancy, if you have sound induced epilepsy, a pacemaker, weak heart, metal, or stents in your brain …severe chronic depression, sensitive hearing, for under 12’s please ask …. If you are unsure, please seek medical advice.
If you are booking for someone else, please let them know about the contraindications listed above to make sure it is suitable.

Due to the nature of this event, late arrivals are unfortunately not permitted so not to disturb the session so please give yourself plenty of time to get here, doors open 10 mins before the start time and will be locked prompt on start time
