Walk and Talk - Aberdeenshire (Haddo House)

Let us treat you to a take-away coffee and head out for a supportive walk and talk on a pram friendly route at Haddo House ending at the play park where children can play.

Our LATNEM Walk and Talk events are popular with those who are looking to get some fresh air and have a supportive, judgement free chat. Children of all ages are welcome. The walk is pram-friendly and we go at a leisurely space.

Our lovely volunteers will be there to provide any support and signposting needed.

All mums and birthing people who need support with their mental health are welcome. You do not need a referral or an official diagnosis to access our services.
