📣 1. septembril kell 10.00 algab Lossi ja Ülikooli tänava nurgal Pirogovi platsi juures Tartu Ülikooli 2025/2026. akadeemilise aasta avaaktus.
🗣 Aktuse juhatab sisse rektor Toomas Asser ja seejärel saavad sõna haridus- ja teadusminister Kristina Kallas ning Tartu linnapea Urmas Klaas. Üliõpilaste nimel tervitavad aktusel osalejaid Tartu Ülikooli üliõpilaskonna esimees Eneken Riin Salong ning loodus- ja täppisteaduste valdkonna arvutitehnika eriala esimese aasta üliõpilane Andri Türkson.
Üritusel osalejatel soovitame aktuse jälgimiseks koguneda Lossi tänava otsa lava ette ja Pirogovi platsile.
Aktus kestab ligikaudu tund aega.
🎵 Üles astuvad Tartu Ülikooli Kammerkoor ning rokkansambel Jaan Pärn ja Pahad Seemned.
🐦 Aktusel osaleb ka ülikooli maskott Tiksu.
🛒 Pirogovi platsil paikneb meenepoe müügitelk, kust on võimalik soetada ülikooli meeneid ja trükiseid.

📣 Opening of the academic year 2025/2026 of the University of Tartu will be held on Monday, 1 September at 10:00 on the corner of Lossi and Ülikooli street.
🗣 The opening of the academic year starts with the opening speech by Rector Toomas Asser. Then the minster of education and research Kristina Kallas and Mayor of Tartu Urmas Klaas.President of the Student Union Eneken Riin Salong and Andri Türkson, a first-year computer engineering student in the Faculty of Science and Technology, will welcome the participants on behalf of the students.
We recommend that participants gather in front of the stage at Lossi street and Pirogov square to follow the ceremony.
The ceremony will approximately last an hour.
🎵 Music will be performed by the University of Tartu Chamber Choir and the rock band Jaan Pärn ja Pahad Seemned.
🐦 The ceremony also includes the university mascot Tiksu.
🛒 During the event, there will be a tent of the UT gift shop at Pirogov square, where you can buy university gifts and publications.

🎧 The opening ceremony will have simultaneous interpretation in English, with headphones available next to the tent of the UT Gift Shop. The ceremony with English interpretation (with a short delay) can also be followed on UTTV, using personal headphones and a smart device.
