Advanced Tai Chi Class

Mixed Level Advanced Class with Tai Chi Traditions, Inc. instructors to further improve the knowledge and execution of the form as you nourish the mind, body and soul.
One should have completed at least one Beginner's Tai Chi Class and be well acquainted with the form.

Free for Members of TS Rec Center
$1 Donation per class for non-members.
Requested to cover expenses/rental of space.
