Full Moon Gentle Flow Yoga

Join Rachel on the Friday closest to the full moon for a celebration of gratitude and abundance through our Yoga practice. Through a grounding sequence and a focus on the hip opening/core strengthening Moon Salutation, we will move and breathe together, modifying where necessary. Of course we will enjoy a special full moon playlist for our practice and enjoy a candlelit savasana at the end. Save your spot now for this special monthly class!
