Ballet Technique

This Adult class (or teens 13 & up) will focus on ballet barre, center and across the floor work. There will be demonstration and teaching through out, as well as, positive reinforcement and encouragement. The class is for all levels.

For those with ballet training it will enhance your skills and continue to build strength. For those new to ballet it will be a beautiful introduction into the art form. The class is designed to work our body and mind and allow us to find some peace!
