Gifts & Gratitude Walk

Join local yoga and mindfulness teacher Sam Yingling at Bollinger Park on Saturday, October 11th from 10:00-11:30 AM for a nourishing experience in nature that blends mindfulness, movement, and reflection.

We’ll begin with a 15-minute guided meditation to center ourselves, then move into a self-guided gratitude walk around Bollinger Park. As you walk, you’ll use mala beads to mark the gifts you notice around you—whether it’s the song of a bird, a gentle breeze, or a moment of gratitude that arises from within. Each bead becomes a reminder of the beauty and blessings already present in your life. After the walk, we’ll come back together in community for journaling and optional sharing, allowing space to deepen the practice and carry the spirit of gratitude forward. This is a simple yet powerful way to slow down, connect with yourself, and rediscover the gifts that surround you every day.

This is a FREE event, but registration is required.

*A set of mala beads can be provided to you and are yours to keep (you will be asked at registration whether or not you need a set.) You are also free to bring your own if you have them.
