This is your time to pause, breathe, and be cared for.
✨ We begin with slow, gentle stretching and calming breathwork, easing you out of the busy headspace and into a state of deep relaxation.
✨ While you rest, herbal teas and delicate sweet treats will be served—nourishment for body and soul.
✨ Indulge in soothing face therapy and face yoga, enhanced with the cooling touch of jade rollers, the gentle flow of Gua Sha tools, and warm mitt removal with nourishing products to leave your skin glowing.
✨ We’ll close with a guided meditation, wrapping you in calm and helping you leave refreshed, grounded, and renewed.
