From Laos to Tamworth, cooked with love, join the Tamworth Regional Gallery at the award-winning Miss JuJu this Fiesta La Peel Festival for a day of creativity and Southeast Asian delights.
Known throughout the New England Region for quality food, brilliant flavours and a vibrant community, Miss JuJu will host a still life painting workshop celebrating the vibrantly fresh ingredients of Southeast Asia. Join regional artist Tania Hartigan in this half-day workshop, to better understand and develop your still life and painting skills. Did we mention you will enjoy a deliciously catered lunch upon the completion of your artwork?! What more could you be after! Creativity in both art and cuisine, a wonderful day out full of enjoyment.

Meet Miss Ju Ju
Vong Pannan runs the Tamworth-based South East Asian eatery Miss JuJu, known for its culture-blending cuisine and offerings like BÑnh mì and Bao buns. She has built the business from her passion for food into a well-loved establishment in the Tamworth community known for the high quality food and excellent customer service.
Vong and her team has established Miss JuJu as a significant culinary spot in Tamworth, contributing to the local food scene.
Meet the Artist
Tania Hartigan is a Gamilaroi woman from Wallabadah who is deeply connected to her land and heritage. Inspired by her roots, she is a highly skilled artist across many mediums, and an excellent workshop facilitator.
Tania's business The Art Shack @ WiIgabah serves as her creative haven, surrounded by the beauty of the land. Her work reflects a passion for family, nature, and indigenous culture.
