All aboard for Road, Rail & Ale! Our largest family-friendly steam event of the year promises to be one of the most spectacular on our calendar!
Alongside our award-winning railway being open this weekend, we will be joined by a whole host of things Road, Rail and Ale. From vintage trucks, tractors and cars to steam traction engines, a whole host of visiting exhibitors will be joining us for this steam-tastic weekend!
What does this event feature?
Exhibit displays including large and miniature steam, commercials, motorbikes, cars, tractors, models and more.
Unlimited rides around our award-winning railway and access to the museum.
Live entertainment in the Show Ring, acts to be announced soon.
Fun activities for all, including Toby’s Barn: Play & Climb, Fellumpa mini golf and woodland walks.
Trade stalls, model displays and model boat demonstrations.
For over 18’s we will have a full range of Ales and Ciders to try.
FREE vintage bus service around the local countryside with Transport Museum Wythall.
Plus much, much more!
What’s more, thanks to our friends at Transport Museum Wythall, we will be running a free shuttle bus from Tamworth to Statfold Country Park and back. The timetable will be provided closer to the event.
Why not turn your visit into a staycation and book camping or caravanning for the weekend? Camping clubs and rallies are welcome too! On Friday and Saturday night for those sticking around we will have a live band to entertain throughout the evening.
