We begin by gathering in ceremony with ceremonial cacao, connecting with intention and gentle breathwork.
Then you’ll settle into your Cocoon or bed to receive a deeply soothing sonic sound shower.
This session is designed to:

– Support healing, softening, and nervous system calm
