Pandanus (screw pine) plant study meet up

Hi🙂 my 6 year old is craving more community and friends so I thought this would be a great way to start. I am planning crafts with natural local materials and have decided the first plant to study will be the screw pine fruit! This will be a two part event because the first meet up we will learn about pandanus and the different varieties on Guam and how locals have used them / painting with the plant and the second meet up will be a local friend who is a weaver and is open to leading a small and simple weaving workshop. The first meet up will be held in November . I’ll post a poll to decide the actual date.
