Lokakuussa Lempeä palaa juurilleen nuorten kulttuurikeskus Monitoimitalo 13:n Galleria Viviin osana Tampereen Galleriaviikon ohjelmaa! Keskiviikkona 22.10. järjestettävän open stagen teemana on “Unet ja alitajunta”.

Teema mukailee tilassa esillä olevaa utu korhosen ja Julianna Saarelan taidenäyttelyä “Hyvää yötä ja outoja unia!”. Näyttely käsittelee unenomaisia maisemia, maailmoja, tunteita ja ajatuksia, jotka vaihtelevat niin lapsuudenmuistoista nykyhetken tuottamiin painajaisiin. Voit halutessasi käyttää teemaa esityksessäsi inspiraationa, mutta tuttuun tapaan ihan kaikenlaiset esitykset ovat lavalle tervetulleita.

Tapahtuman lämmittelevänä artistina esiintyy upea Kaunis veli! Kaunis veli on tamperelainen laulaja-lauluntekijähahmo, johon vaikuttavat muiden muassa hämärä folkmusiikki, 1900-luvun taitteen runous, taiderock sekä ihmisenä olemassa olemisen musertava monimutkaisuus ja kauneus. Kaunis veli tekee lauluja maailmasta, jossa aurinko on liian kirkas ja vesi on loputtoman syvää.

In October, Lempeä returns to its roots at Gallery Vivi in Youth Culture Center Monitoimitalo 13 as part of the Tampere Gallery Week! The theme of the open stage on Wednesday, October 22nd, is “Dreams and the Subconscious”.

There is an art exhibition called “Good Night and Strange Dreams!” by utu korhonen and Julianna Saarela on display in the space. The exhibition deals with dreamlike landscapes, worlds, emotions and thoughts, ranging from childhood memories to nightmares produced by the present. The theme of the open stage is based on the art exhibition. You can use dreams and the subconscious as inspiration in your performance if you wish, but as usual, all kinds of performances are welcome on stage.

The event will be warmed up by the wonderful Kaunis veli! Kaunis veli is a Tampere-based singer-songwriter character who is influenced by moody folk music, early 1900’s poetry, art rock and the crushing complexity and beauty of being a human. Kaunis veli makes songs about a world where the sun is too bright and the water is endlessly deep.

The event is open to everyone and free of charge. All kinds of performances are welcome on stage. We accept pre-registrations from performers by email
