Sunday Solace-Communication

You are invited to take two hours just for you and join us for a soul nourishing early morning session, in a place of peace and serenity where the distractions fade and allow you to discover your own inner stillness.

In the quiet rhythm of the paddock, surrounded by trees, birds and the steady breath and grounded energy of our horses, this is a small intimate group inviting you to soften, explore mindfulness and reconnect with nature.

Allow your body to settle, your mind to quieten, and your heart to open as you simply receive. There will be meditation, and a Creative Art activity overseen by the horses.
