The platter includes a mix of fresh and aged Italian cheeses like burrata, buffalo mozzarella, asiago, provolone, and scamorza, as well as cured meats such as Italian prosciutto, ham, and salami.
Paired with Australian jams, breadsticks, crackers, olives, local honey, fresh fruit, and more—all made in-house.
