Giving Tree 10th Annual Kickoff

We invite you to join us for our kickoff event on Sunday, December 7, from 3–5pm, featuring Christmas carols, hot chocolate, and a special visit from Santa Claus, who will provide gifts for every child courtesy of Safer Streets for Tamaqua's Little Feet We will collect donations of items or monetary donations that day on site as well.

For 10 years now The Giving Tree offers hats, gloves, scarves, and socks for men, women, children, and infants. These items are thoughtfully packaged and placed on the large Christmas Tree in Depot Square Park and now, with last year’s addition, also at the Tamaqua Public Library. All items are available to anyone in need, anonymously, throughout the winter.
