Burn-out is described as experiencing prolonged stress that causes physical depletion, mental exhaustion and reduced emotional wellbeing. Learn how to recognize the early subtle signs your body is giving you and apply practical strategies.

Rebecca has a deep understanding of what it feels like to be burned out, she experienced burnout and her own health crisis during graduate school. She understands the biological processes of the body and how to understand the subtle warning signs leading up to feeling burned out which can make you feel unwell. Rebecca has been working in healthcare for over a decade studying chronic disease conditions and cancer. She is a cancer biologist, TEDx speaker and published in several medical journals. She has given mental health & wellness talks at businesses including a Fortune 500 company. She has a deep research interest in the root cause of disease and believes in treating the root cause not just the symptoms. Come take a deep dive and allow Rebecca to be your guide as we take a journey to wellness together in this interactive workshop.
