Filter Brewing Workshop

This hands-on workshop is designed for anyone who wants to understand the logic behind a cup of filter coffee. Whether you’re brewing at home, starting your barista journey, or looking to improve the flavor of your cafe’s filter offering, this course will help you brew with clarity and confidence.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll learn what shapes the taste of coffee, explore extraction and brew ratios, try different filter coffee devices, and practice sensory assessment to better understand flavor.

Everything that is needed to create consistent and delicious filter coffee highlighting its best quality - at home or in a cafe.
