This is an invitation to experience and practice presence and healing through deep listening, atunement and relaxation.
The facilitators have experience in a variety of modalities such as sound, meditation, indigenous healing traditions, and psychotherapy. We will spend three hours on exploring sound its space and healing nature, by using meditative guidance, sound of nature, somatic presence, sound of instruments such gongs, crystal and Himalayan bowls, handpans, drums, various chimes and shrutibox drones, but also harmonies of group vocal meditation and ikaro...
We will design this journey as experimental practice, it possibly may focus on working with specific states and perceptions of sound as a healing vibration in the soma, use of shamanic drumming tool and voice or on the feelings of depression, anxiety, etc.
If there is anyone who has an instrument to share, a musically expressive being or vocalist in the group - please write to
