Strategic Visioning: Mapping Your Business Legacy

Ready to take your business from day-to-day to long-term legacy? Join us for Strategic Visioning: Mapping Your Business Legacy, a 2.5-hour (in person) interactive workshop designed for business owners and executives ready to align their day-to-day operations with a long-term vision. Through SOAR’s proven strategic mapping methodology, participants will explore their 5-year business aspirations—whether it’s expansion, merger, succession, or sale—and identify the tools, resources, and relationships needed to get there.

Pre workshop questionnaire will be completed by participants to guide participants in reflecting on their current business model, values, and future aspirations.


During this session, participants will:

- Define their long-term vision for their business: growth, transition, sale, or succession.

- Identify gaps, opportunities, and the key resources they will need along the way. - Collaborate with fellow business owners and leaders to explore best practices and share insights.

- Design a focused, personalized 12-month Action Plan to begin aligning their current efforts with their 5-year vision.

Each participant will leave with a clear, customized 12-month action plan and receive a 30-minute post-workshop consult to further refine their strategy.
