This dance-based conditioning class features a neosoul + r&b playlist, exercises that stretch and lengthen the muscles, and a bonus dance combination- open to all levels!

Join Joie for SMOOTH GROOVES I, at Dance Exchange on Friday, September 19th and Sunday September 21st from 9:15-10:30 PM.

This class is the continuation of SMOOTH GROOVES I on September 13th- but don't worry if you missed it! We'll bring you right up to speed ♡

Whether you dance every day or you just wanna move your body and catch a vibe, this class is all about waking up the body through stretch, exercise, and good feeling movement - and good music always helps!
