Curious to learn more about InterPlay?
InterPlay celebrates the creativity in every one of us and reminds us to play and embrace life, expand our personal awareness and discover our full potential. Leaders guide group participants through a series of playful movement and sound exercises in incremental steps. Each person decides how much or how little to do based on their own comfort level.
InterPlay helps you explore your own new possibilities through movement, storytelling, sound and song. Dare a little or a lot depending on how you feel on the day. No previous experience required.
InterPlay can be as simple as stillness or as bold as performing. It can move you in surprising ways, much like the quiet reflection of watching a sunset or the exhilaration and discovery of climbing a mountain.
InterPlay is a community of people around the world who speak the shared language of body wisdom, creativity and play. InterPlay practices help build communities and relationships that live and flourish in everyday life. It offers learning in personal and team dynamics, leadership and personal potential.
InterPlay is used by some in community outreach work with homeless shelters, retirement facilities, prisons, churches and more. Come and join us – just for First Saturday Open Gatherings or get more involved. Do as little or as much InterPlay as suits you.
InterPlay is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of your body. Learn more below, on the main InterPlay website
