First, we groove. 🐾 Join Joie for a dance-based conditioning class inspired by the iconic Cheetah Girls movies featuring a nostalgic playlist, stretch + strengthening exercises, and a fun dance combo to leave you feeling fierce and free. All levels welcome!
Then, keep the energy flowing at our Community Mixer 🎶 — a space to connect, play, and celebrate after class. Expect:
