台北黑暗秩序宣傳部即將邁入第三年，這兩年來，感謝有你。為紀念這段滲透與擴張的歷程，我們將獻上頂級的黑金屬盛宴，作為這場暗黑儀式的誠意之作。從北美到歐陸、東南亞至本土的黑暗之聲即將齊聚，擁抱病態抑鬱、感受恐怖交響、朝聖戰爭邪典，到如夢似幻、步履詭譎的氛圍黑瞪鞋，多重頻段、破壞與幻象共構的聲響，將交疊於同一場域，以各自的方式撕裂常規，挑戰感知，並在共振中生成屬於此地的全新黑暗秩序。
我們希望透過這場兩週年特別場，繼續推進更多人對「黑金屬」這個詞的想像與認識，也讓來自不同地區、不同風格的演出者有機會在同一個空間交流、碰撞。 這是一個讓大家聚在一起、讓場景繼續往下走的重要時刻，這兩年來的推動與累積，離不開每一位樂迷的參與與支持，你們的出現，讓我們相信這些事情值得繼續做下去。

Taipei Black Order Propaganda Division is about to enter its third year and for the past two years, we thank you.
To commemorate this journey of infiltration and expansion, we present a supreme black metal feast : a sincere offering to mark this dark ritual. From North America to Europe, Southeast Asia to our local soil, voices of darkness will converge: embracing sickness and melancholy, channeling terror in symphonic form, paying homage to the blasphemous chaos of war, and dissolving into dreamlike, dissonant shoegaze atmospheres.
Multiple frequencies, destruction, illusion, and transcendence will collide within a shared space, tearing through convention, challenging perception, and giving rise to a new black order born of our resonance with this land.
Through this special anniversary gathering, we hope to expand the imagination and understanding of what “black metal” can mean, while offering a space for artists from different regions and styles to converge and clash. This is a crucial moment, one where we come together, where the underground moves forward. Everything we’ve built over these past two years wouldn’t exist without your presence and support. It’s your participation that convinces us this is all worth continuing.
