Have you ever hear of Capoeira? Do you wish to join the game and play?
If the answer is yes, then this is the perfect class for you!
Capoeira is a new kind of exercise that lets you have a better controle of your body, relaxes your mind, while brings you opportunities to meet friends from all around the world.
This class suits people with or without previous experience in dance or martial art, soon you will be able to move like the capoeristas that you have seen before!
The new Beginner Class is scheduled on every Tuesday night, led by us. This fun filled class is a great way to start your Capoeira learning; view the followin short clip to learn more:
