2011年3月11日，日本東部外海發生史上規模最大地震、大海嘯及福島核災。在15週年的這一天，台日韓三地方別舉行紀念行動，共同紀念這場不應被遺忘的災難，希望透過祈禱、點燭與靜默行動，為所有在地震、海嘯與核災中受苦的人們獻上追思與祝禱。
