The Daniel Pearl World Music Day, organised annually for over two decades, commemorates the life and work of Daniel Pearl, who was kidnapped and murdered in Pakistan in 2002 while reporting for the Wall Street Journal.
This free event features the following performers: Yoshi Ozaki, David Chen (Muddy Basin Ramblers), Moshe Foster & Friends, and Formosa Sound System.
A variety of draft beer, cocktails, and food will be available for purchase. Please patronize our vendors to minimize waste and generate income for the event.
The event promotes cultural understanding, press freedom, and "Harmony for Humanity." It is supported by European Economic & Trade Office (EETO), Taiwan Foreign Correspondents’ Club (TFCC), and Association of Taiwan Journalists (ATJ).
This is a peaceful, family friendly event, don't bring prohibited items to the venue.

Daniel Pearl 世界音樂日已經舉辦二十年。Daniel Pearl 生前是一名記者，2002 年在巴基斯坦為《華爾街日報》報道時被恐怖分子綁架並殺害。
