𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁: Modified 3 vs 3 Junior World Schools Format (30 minutes prep time, 4-minute speeches)
𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Students in Grades 3–6 from any Hong Kong primary school (public, private, or international)
𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 3 speakers per team; composite teams allowed (students from different schools may form a team)
