Yoga & Women’s Specific MTB Clinic

Saturday morning yoga and mountain bike clinics are 2.5 hours, beginning with a 30-minute yoga warm up, then learning and practicing 2 to 3 targeted mountain bike skills, followed by a short, guided ride. Clinics are open to riders ages 14+.

Learn, progress, and practice new skills in a supportive and engaging environment. You will learn the correct movement patterns to get your desired bike performance. Rider’s choice! Your instructor will give you options for skills to learn and practice! Progressive drills will hone these movement patterns in your muscle memory. The clinic includes a short, guided ride to practice these new skills!

Want to register for a clinic, but don’t have a bike?
No problem — clinic participants can rent a bike for just $30 at Tahoe XC! Ride a Santa Cruz Chameleon or Canyon Stoic bike with an aluminum frame and front suspension.
