Part-time Certificate Program in Pastry & Bakery Arts (12 Weekends)

· Attendance is required on both Saturday and Sunday.
· All topics are taught from basic level so prior experience is not needed.
· It’s a cyclic program so replacement of classes missed can be taken in the next cycle.
Program coverage: Bread, Breakfast pastries, Tarts & Quiches, Cupcakes, Chocolates, Cheesecakes & Petit Gateau, Classic Cakes, Wedding Cake, Plated Desserts, Cookies, Travel Cakes and Assessment.
Everything is inclusive of apron, recipe handouts and all ingredients needed.
