BackYard Olympics event for Volunteer Recruitment Day & Awards Ceremony. Combined with a 40 Yr Reunion for Cove Have Dock Crew from the 1980's... hence the Theme is "Totally Tubular 80's"
We welcome all friends & neighbors to bring friends & neighbors. as the purpose is to meet new folks, and recruit sturdy Shovelers!
It's a Backyard BBQ with Fun & Games; Bucket Golf, 3-legged Race, Kayak races & more... we form Teams and Competitions all afternoon, then eat around 6pm, Awards follow and BONFIRE all night.

... Aunt Joyce has been known to find stray rodents and cook us up Labor Day breakfast, then she returns herself to the wild.
