Jacob Rose is an Alberta-born, New Brunswick-based singer-songwriter whose “earthy soulful folk” sound bridges the rugged spirit of the prairies with Atlantic coastal charm. His music resonates with unforgettable melodies, raw folk essence, and themes of resilience, hope, and authentic human experience.
Rose has shared stages with renowned Canadian artists such as Sam Roberts Band, Leeroy Stagger, Andrew Smith, and Brent Mason.
Rose’s latest single, “Hold Your Head Up” (April 2025), co-written with award-winning songwriter/producer Chris Kirby, features stellar drumming by Joshua Van Tassel (known for work with Bahamas and Donovan Woods) and was a finalist in the 2025 International Songwriters Day Song Competition. The powerful track explores steadfastness and enduring love through life’s challenges, inviting listeners to weather storms together.
He's not done yet - Jacob's follow up single "We Keep Trying" arrives on streaming platforms everywhere this September.
